NBA 2025 finals best bets: choice of game 1, serial ratings and MVP value

This is not the Super Bowl, but sportsbooks are still carrying a large Paris market menu for the NBA final. While the series begins soon, there is no better time to dive into my list of the best NBA Finals bets. The chances are provided via Draftkings, unless otherwise indicated, but online purchases are always recommended to make sure you get the best price before locking your bets.

NBA Finals Game 1 Odds

We have two large teams with deep lists, a lot of talents and an incredible offensive firepower. It would not be surprising to see the Pacers of the Outsiders play with more emergency and to finish an upheaval in match 1.

But it is just as easy to imagine the defense of the Thunder which intensifies and put the pliers on the Indiana.

That said, the two regular season games between these teams have successfully completed 231 points (120–114 and 132–111). In the playoffs, with a total of 231, the end is 9 to 7 for the Pacers and 5-11 for the Thunder. This does not scream for “locking”, but the trends in their head games give the advantage at the end.

Oklahoma City is listed at -700 to win the series, which implies a chance of 87.5% to win the title. Surely? Maybe. But would you risk $ 700 to win $ 100?

I wouldn’t do it.

Yes, Thunder has the best defense, but Indiana has stabilized in the playoffs. If the Pacers can continue and slow down Shai Gilgeous-Aalexander, they have a shot. They certainly have the fire power to hang with OKC.

Will they really win? I can’t say. But at +500, the value is there, especially if you place the bet with a kind of insurance (like a promotion of non-wave).

If the Thunder wins everything, SGA is the most likely MVP. But at -600, the value is nonexistent.

If you think Indiana has a real blow, MVP will almost certainly go to Tyrese Haliburton or Pascal Siakam. Siakam leads the team by scoring the playoffs, while Haliburton posted eight double doubles and a triple-double.

Siakam was more consistent, but Haliburton has the upper ceiling – if it becomes hot, it could become nuclear.

Rather than choosing between the two, divide your stake and ride both. If Indiana wins, one of them is almost guaranteed in cash.
