Catcher Agustin Ramirez, who entered this weekend by leading all the recruits of the major leagues with 13 circuits, is a great reason why the Marlins of Miami make a hot sequence.

The Marlins, who again welcome the Brewers Milwaukee on Saturday afternoon, won nine of their last 11 games, and Ramirez was the subject of a discussion on the stars.

“The simple fact of having my name around this conversation is a privilege,” said Ramirez via an interpreter. “I don’t think about the stars match (July 15 in Atlanta). I focus on helping our team to win matches. But if that happens, I would say” Amen “to that.”

The Recruit des Marlins, Clayton McCullough, said that Ramirez should be under study for a stars offer in 2025. If he does it, Ramirez would join three other star sensors in the history of the franchise: Charles Johnson (1997 and 2001), Paul Lo Duca (2005) and JT Realmuto (2018).

“He was very successful,” said McCullough about Ramirez. “He made some adjustments, and he works hard to improve behind the plate.”

The Marlins, who have three starting launchers on the injured list – Max Meyer, Braxton Garrett and Ryan Weathers – will turn to the right -hander Cal vanill (3-7, 5.42 ERA) on Saturday.

Meyer and Garrett came out for the year, and the Weathers will not return before August at the earliest.

This means that the Marlins will have to count on Enrill, which is 0-0 with an MPM of 3.18 in two career appearances against Milwaukee, including a start.

An old first round choice, eighth in total, by the Padres in 2016 of Stanford, at the age of 30, did not comply with these high standards.

This is his fourth team in the past six seasons, and he has not had an era less than 4.98 since 2022. It has no start of quality this year, not having lasted beyond 5 2/3 rounds all season.

Friday evening, the Brewers, who won the first match in the 6-5 series, counteratrill with the right-handed recruit Chad Patrick (3-7, 3.51 ERA).

Patrick, from the 26 -year -old Indiana, entered the professional baseball while the choice of fourth round of Arizona in 2021. Milwaukee exchanged against Patrick in November 2023, and the recruit made its debut at the MLB this year on March 29 – in relief.

Since then, Patrick has been used exclusively as a starter, but the Brewers are only 6-12 years old in his 18 appearances. Patrick never faced the Marlins.

As for the programming of Milwaukee, he continues to perform improbable sources, notably the rescue player Andruw Monasterio, a 28 -year -old from Venezuela.

Brewers manager Pat Murphy said Monasterio can play all positions other than the receiver and the launcher. His circuit Thursday was his first of the season and the fifth of his career.

“It’s a really precious asset,” said Murphy. “He gets a shot once a week or every two weeks, and he still produces (solid) bats.”

Still for the Brewers, the first goal player Rhys Hoskins is a veteran with 186 career circuits, including 38 since the start of last season, and the second basic player Brice Turang, who won a gold glove last year and stole 50 bases, hits 0.283 this season with five circuits, 36 products produced and 17 interceptions.

And the central field player Jackson Chourio became major in the second half of last season with a .914 OPS. Chourio, who had the winning RBI of the match on Friday, has a .735 ops this season, with 14 circuits and 52 products produced.
