In a big step, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) signed the former Indian bowling coach Bharat Arun as a bowling coach before the next Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026). Bharat Arun would have signed a two -year agreement with Lucknow’s Super Giants (LSG).
Bharat Arun played a key role in the training of the world’s world -class bowling attack and recently helped Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) raised the title IPL in 2024. His arrival indicated a major upheaval in the support staff of Lucknow Super Giants before the next season.

It is said that Zaheer Khan, who was LSG’s mentor last season, is unlikely to be re-signed by the franchise, because his one-year contract ended with the IPL 2025. The former contract of the Indian fast launcher would be under serious examination.

Meanwhile, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) officially separated from their Bowling Bharat Arun coach, just a day after removing their head coach Chandrakant Pandit. This means that there are now two major coaching positions open in the Triple of the Champions of the IPL.
