Yeah the Padres offense has been ‘unstoppable’ except for game 1 when they scored exactly ONE run and game 2 when they left 11 runners on base. But sure lets all pretend their gonna sweep. Cardinals pitching staff is top 3 in the league for a reason people need to respect that.
The Cardinals manager needs to be fired after this regardless of the outcome. His bullpen management has been questionable at best, leaving pitchers in way to long. And dont even get me started on the lineup decisions.
Everyone keeps praising the Padres but lets be real here, there closer has blown 2 saves already this month and thier defense made 3 errors in game 2. Cardinals have way more playoff experience and thats gonna matter when the pressure is on.
