South Carolina striker Collin Murray-Boyles said for the NBA 2025 draft, he said in ESPN on Tuesday.

The second year student of 6 feet 7 inches collected on average 16.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 interceptions and 1.3 blocks in 32 departures for gamecocks in 2024-25. He led the Southeast Conference as a percentage of goals on the ground (0.586) and did the second All-Sec team.

“This is exactly how I thought that my university career would take place,” he told ESPN. “The South Carolina had a vision for me to lead the team. They gave me the freedom to express myself.”

Murray-Boyles, scheduled for n ° 10 in the last false recovery of ESPN, made comparisons with the star of the Golden State Warriors Draymond Green for his versatility and defensive prowess.

“When people who know basketball watch me play, these are the little things that stand out,” said Murray-Boyles. “I’m not the type to get Oohs and Aahs, but I know what it takes to win matches and have a positive impact on a team. I hang my hat in my way of playing and my disinterestedness. I love playing in defense.”

Playing for his native city gamecocks, Murray-Boyles made the SEC All-Freshman team in 2023-24 after posting 10.4 points and 5.7 rebounds in 28 games (19 departures).

The combination of the NBA draft is from May 11 to 18 in Chicago and the draft is from June 25 to 26 in New York.
