The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have left everyone surprised while the franchise announced the arrival of its players and its employees of support for the Maldives, in the middle of the current Indian League (IPL) 2025. The news left many games on which no IPL match should be held outside the country. But, the SRH could afford a mid-season break for its players and its staff because of the prolonged gap they have at the Campaign League stadium. Sunrisers must face the Titans of Gujarat at the table in a week, giving management enough space to help players and staff to rejuvenate.

SRH had to beat CSK in their last game to stay virtually alive in the playoff race. The Sunrisers chose to play the bowl first after winning the draw. Quickfire hits the young cannons Dewald Brevis (42 in 25 bullets, with four and four six) and Ayush Mhatre (30 in 19 balls, with six four) were the strengths, because CSK lost the counters regularly, spoke to 154 in 19.5 overs.
