New Delhi: a versatile show of Punjab Kings ended the hopes of the Chennai Super Kings qualifiers with a clinical victory at four titles at My chidambaram stadium Wednesday. With defeat, CSK has become the first team to be officially eliminated from the 2025 IPL eliminatory race.

After being sent to Bat, CSK was ready for a large total thanks to a Boungeflage 88 on 47 balls of Sam Curran – its highest score in IPL. Curran sewn a 78 -point stand with Dewald Brevis (32) for the fourth counter, preparing the land for late development. However, the Punjab veteran, Yuzvendra Chahal, turned the match on his head with an astonishing 19th where he picked up four counters, including a hat -trick. The hosts collapsed from 177/5 to 190 all in 19.2 Overs.
