Phil Salt and Virat Kohli played a main role in RCB’s victory against RR in IPL 2025.

Jaipur: An explosive opening stand of 92 in 8.4 Overs between Phil Salt And Virat Kohli paved the way to Royal Challengers BengaluruFourth victory (RCB), while they beat the Royals of Rajasthan by nine counters with 15 balls to lose Sawai Mansingh stadium Sunday.

Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal (40 steps out of 28 balls) continued the pursuit, forming an uninterrupted partnership of 83 points.
Earlier, at the stick first, Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a brilliant 75 balls out of 47. Despite the challenges with the timing, the 23-year-old kept his cool in the initial phase.
RCB’s precise bowling alley, led by Bhuvnehwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood, limited the rating rate of the Royals. The PowerPlay produced only 45/0. Captain Sanju Samson (15 out of 19 bullets) succumbed to pressure, falling perplexed at Krunal Pandya.
