Why does every single cricket prediction say the same thing? NZ will win becuase they’re higher ranked bla bla bla. Ranks don’t mean everything in test cricket! Form and conditions matter way more but no one talks about that do they??
I think people are underestamating Zimbabwe here. They’ve been playing some good cricket lately and the home advantge is real. Weather conditions will favor spin bowlers which Zimbabwe has better ones tbh. Could be closer match than everyone thinks.

New Zealand’s middle order is shaky af tbh. If Zimbabwe can get early wickets they might have chance. But realistically NZ bowling will probly restrict Zim to under 200 in first innnings

Everyone saying NZ will dominate but did you actually look at the pitch report?? Its turning from day one which means their pace attack wont be as effective. Also Zimbabwes batting order has improved signifcantly this season with 3 players averaging over 40. This could genuinly go either way depending on toss and first innings performance.
Actualy excited for this one. Zimbabwe has some young talented players who could make names for themselfs. Even if they lose the experience against quality opposition is invaluable for their development.
