Brantly, 35, beats 429 (3-in-7) with a point produced in three games this season.
The Marlins also recalled the receiver Agustin Ramirez and the right-hander George Soriano from Triple-A Jacksonville and optionized the Gaucher Cade Gibson in Jacksonville.
Ramirez, 23, has not yet made his debut in the major league. He strikes .254 with three circuits, seven doubles, 12 products produced and five bases stolen in 19 games in Jacksonville this season.
Soriano, 26, has a 1-0 file with an MPM of 6.94 in seven appearances of the Miami lift enclosure this season.
Gibson, 27, made his MLB debut on Sunday in Philadelphia. He relieved the leaving Connor Gillispie and granted only one stroke in 2,1/3-roundless rounds, removing two in a match that the Marlins won 7-5 in 10 rounds.
