
Ramon Laureano dominated twice on Saturday in a match in which he should not be as involved as the Baltimore Orioles beat the Reds of Cincinnati on a 9-5 visit.
Cedric Mullins, Gunnar Henderson and Jordan Westburg also argued while the Orioles equalized the series to a match each. Ramon Urias added two strokes.
Laureano’s circuits came in the third round with a runner on the base and in seventh for a solo shot. It could have been in the game at all if it was not for Heston Kjerstad after being struck by land on the elbow during the first round.
Jake Fraley and Austin Hays Homered and TJ Friedl went 4-in-4 for the Reds, who lost for the third time in their last eight games.
It was a short outing for the AS of Reds Hunter Greene (2-2), which was finished after granting five points in three rounds.
So, at least Brandon Young from Baltimore, a right -hander making his debut in the major league, lasted longer. He worked four rounds, granting three points on seven strokes with three balls on balls and three stick withdrawals.
Serrantony Dominguez (2-0), the fourth of the eight launchers of Baltimore, received the victory. Felix Bautista won his second judgment, arriving after the Reds threatened the ninth and recording the last three withdrawals.
Gavin Lux and Hays, an ex-Oriole, had two strokes for Cincinnati. The Reds marked the first on the single two outings of Lux in the first.
The first two Baltimore strikers hit the circuits with Mullins and Henderson, deepening. It was an astonishing start to Greene, who entered the day with a series of more than 18 -sleeves aimlessly.
Cincinnati went ahead in the second, equaling the match on Homer de Fraley and advancing on the double of Friedl.
Young granted seven strokes during the first two rounds.
The double of Henderson equaled the match at 3 at the bottom of the second before the two -point ball of Laureano gives the Orioles the head of Keeps.
The Orioles marked two in the seventh and two in the eighth – all of Carson Spires lifter – to build an advantage of 9-4 before Hays runs through the ninth.
