5. 2011 – Vanquished Royal Challengers Bengaluru by 58 points
For the first time in the history of IPL, CSK defended their title IPL in 2011. They beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by 58 points to win their second title in the League. It was the explosive blow of 95 -point murali Vijay on 52 balls that helped CSK publish 205 points on the table.
