  1. For those who dont know, N Jagadeesan is a wicketkeeper-batsman from Tamil Nadu. He has scored runs in Vijay Hazare Trophy and also play for CSK in IPL. His technique is solid and he can handle pace bowling. Lets see how he adapts to English conditions.

  2. This is good move actually. Jagadeesan has been performing consistantly in domestic circuit. Give him chance before judging.

  3. Wow sending replacement on Sunday… such planning, much strategy. Next they will send him without bat and ask him to borrow from England team 🙄

  4. What a joke! Jagadeesan hasnt even proved himself in domestic cricket properly and they sending him to England?? This is what happen when selectors dont have proper vision. We will loose the test for sure now.

  5. Finally some good news! Jagadeesan is talented player and he deserve this chance. Hope he will perform well in England condition. All the best to him and quick recovery for Pant bhai.

  6. So basically we are sending a specialist replacement who will arrive just in time to warm the bench and watch from pavilion. Brilliant strategy by BCCI as always! 👏

  7. Jagadeesan traveling on Sunday means he will reach Monday, practice Tuesday-Wednesday, and boom! Ready to face Anderson and Broad on Thursday 😂😂 BCCI planning at its finest!!

  8. Why not KS Bharat?? He is more expereinced and already in the squad. Making Jagadeesan travel all the way dont make any sense when we have better options available. Selectors are playing favoritism again!

  9. Sunday travel, Monday jetlag, Tuesday confusion, Wednesday panic, Thursday test match. Perfect reciepe for success! Someone give these selectors a medal for their genious planning 😂

  10. Another disaster waiting to happen. Pant injury was bad enough now we sending untested player to such importent match. England will destroy us completely. Mark my words.

  11. Just for information – Jagadeesan scored 277 runs in one Vijay Hazare match last year. He has good technique against swing bowling which is important in England. Also he is good behind the stumps. Lets hope management gives him proper suport.

  12. But why Jagadeesan and not Saha?? Saha has experience of playing in England before. This decision make no sense at all. Are we trying to lose the series deliberately?

  13. Oh great, because what we really needed was another replacement player traveling on Sunday to save our cricket team. Im sure the England bowlers are shaking in their boots right now 😏
