Rishabh Pant was forced to leave the field on day 1 after suffering an injury. He attempted a reverse scan of Chris Woakes and was struck in the right toe by delivery during the third session. The guardian guard, who had marked 37 out of 48 bullets, had obviously suffered and could not continue.

If Pant is excluded from the match due to the injury, Dhruv Jurel can resume the stakeholder tasks, but he will not be allowed to beat in the match.

Before the second day, Sanjiv Goenka encouraged Rishabh Pant following his injury. Goenka praised the ticketkeeper for his resilience, calling him “fighter”. He wanted to drop a rapid recovery from the injury and expressed his confidence in his ability to bounce stronger.

It should be mentioned that Rishabh Pant had injured his finger while keeping cycling during the first rounds of the third test. The 27 -year -old being one of the best strikers in India on the tour, the team hopes that his last setback is not serious.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sai Sudharsan Smash Half-Centuries on Day 1
India experienced a good start on day 1 of their unmissable test while the operators Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul added a stand of 94 points. However, the two strikers lacked major scores. Jaiswal was 58, while Rahul was dismissed for 46 out of 98 balls.
England rebounded after the opening partnership, picking up counters at regular intervals during the second and third sessions. Captain Shubman Gill was dismissed at a lower cost, but Sai Sudharsan added 61 out of 151 bullets before being dismissed. The pants cut 37 before retiring.
