Finally someone speaking up! Gambhir need to listen this message seriously. The spinner deserve chance after such performence in domestic cricket. Selection policy is totally biased and not fare at all.
Good that he spoke up but timing is wrong. Should have waited after series. Now it create unnecessary pressure on team managment and other players. But yes, he has point about selection inconsistency which exist in indian cricket from long time.
This is getting intresting. Competition is good for team.

Strong message? Really?? What message exactly he sent? I dont see anything strong here, just another player complaning about not getting selected. There have been many spiners before him who deserved but didnt get chance. Why he is so special? Gambhir has his reasons for team combination and we should respect that instead of questioning every decision he make.
Ohh wow so brave! Sending ‘strong message’ through interview. Why not send it on WhatsApp directly to Gambhir? That would be even more stronger message lol.
I’m sure Gambhir is shaking in his boots after reading this ‘strong message’ in newspaper. Because that’s how team selections work right? Through media messages? Not through actual performance or team requirements?
Just to inform everyone here – this spinner has taken 47 wickets in last Ranji season with average of 21.3. Also he performed well in India A tour. These are facts, not emotions. Selection should be based on merit.
Another overrated domestic player thinking he deserve spot in national team. Domestic cricket and international cricket are completely different level. If Gambhir not selecting him there must be valid reason. Stop this victim mentality and work harder.
Hahaha another day another drama in indian cricket. Tomorrow someone else will send ‘strong message’, day after tomorrow someone will send ‘strongest message ever’. Maybe they should start WhatsApp group called ‘Strong Messages to Gambhir’ and keep sending messages there only! This is becoming comedy show now.
The spinner has valid point actually. When you perform consistantly in domestic and India A but still get ignored, frustration is natural. However, team combination and strategy is also important factor. Both side have their arguments. Lets see what happen in 5th test now, if india loose then this debate will become more bigger for sure.
What nonsense is this?? Sending message through media instead of performing on field. If he was that great he would have been selected already. Gambhir knows better than us who to select, he is coach not some random person. Stop this drama and prove yourself first.
