  2. Honestly, this dosnt really tell me anything new. The timetable section is confusing and doesnt explain wich timezone your using. Also, wheres the backup locations if the main place is full??

  3. I completely disagree with the appointment times listed here. They dont make sense logistically if you consider the travel time between locations. Did anyone actually think this through before publishing?

  4. Wow, “everything you need to know” except for, you know, the actual appointment booking link. Minor detail though, right? Im sure we can all just telepathically reserve our spots.

  5. For those asking about parking, there are three lots avaliable near the venue. Lot A opens at 7am, Lot B at 8am. Also note that Team C has been moved to conference room 3B instead of 2A as originally posted.

  6. Sure, because we all have nothing better to do than memorize timetables that will probly change three times before the actual date anyway. But hey, at least someone made a pretty chart, right?

  7. This is ridiculously incomplete. Where are the team member names? What if theres conflicts in the schedule? Who do we contact for changes? This reads like a rough draft that somebody accidentaly published.

  8. I tried following these instructions and ended up in the wrong building for 30 minuts. The directions are vauge at best and misleading at worst. Not impressed at all.

  9. So if I understand correctly, Team A meets at 9am but Team B also meets at 9am in a diferent place? Who came up with this scheduling genius? Did they use a random number generator? 😂

  10. Oh great, another “comprehensive” guide that leaves out the most important detail – how to actually contact the teams. Brilliant work.

  11. The information about the place is incomplete. You mentioned building 5 but theres actually two building 5s on campus – North and South. This could cause major confusion on the day.

  12. Additional info: The cafeteria will be open from 12pm-2pm for lunch breaks. Dietary restrictions should be submitted 48 hours in advance. Contact extension 4521 for accomodations.
