Actually if you look at his stats, Abou Ali has consistently performed in multiple leagues including AFC Champions League where he scored against top asian competition. His movement off the ball is underrated and he creates space for wingers. The DP tag might seem high but striker market is inflated right now. Worth noting he’s only 27 so still in prime years for a forward.
Everyone complaining but nobody offering better solutions. Who exactly should we have signed instead? Kane? Haaland? Be realistic the club is working with budget constraints and this guy actually wanted to come here
