Finally someone speaking truth! The real cricket spirit is lost when politics interfere with sports. Both countries have passionate fans who deserve to see their teams play. Its not about winning or loosing, its about the game itself.
This decision affects not just players but entire cricket economy. Advertisers loose money, fans loose entertainment, players loose practice. Asian Cup ratings will drop significantly without ind-pak match becuase lets be honest thats what everyone wants to watch.
So let me get this straght… we are so scared of pak that we cant even play cricket but our army is suppose to be very strong? Make it make sense plz 😅 Maybe we should send bcci officials to border instead of army, they seem better at running away from pak lmao
Oh yes, because avoiding pak match will definitely solve all our countries problems lol. Next they will say dont play against any country we have issues with. Soon we wont have anyone to play with at all. Brilliant strategy by govt as usual 👏
Wow such brave decision!! Im sure pak is really scared now that we wont play cricket with them 😂 Meanwhile actual issues in country are ignored but yes lets focus on not playing a cricket match. That will teach them a lesson for sure.
This is absolutely disgusting decison by bcci and govt. Cricket is dying becuse of this political drama. How can they not play against pak??? We are loosing our best players chance to prove themselves on big stage. Shamefull really shamefull.
Same old story every year. Bcci makes announcement, everyone gets angry, nothing changes. Next time there will be another excuse for not playing. Why even pretend to participate in asian cup if they knew this would happen?? Total waste of everyones time and money.
What nonsense!! Everyone saying politics this politics that. But nobody asking why pak never takes action against terrorists?? Why should our players risk their lifes? You people only care about entertainment not safety. Wake up!!!
For those who dont know, this is not first time ind-pak matches got canceled. In 2023 also similar thing happened at world cup. The main issue is security concerns and political tensions between both nations. Bcci has to follow govt guidelines wheather they like it or not.
