
The Thymen Arensman won his second victory on the Tour de France this year during the Trek Mountain Stade 19 on Friday at La Plagne.
The 25 -year -old Dutchman, who also won Stadium 14, finished the journey of Albertville two seconds ahead of Jonas Vingegaard from Denmark and Tadej Pogacar de Slovenie.
Pogacar, the triple champion and the reigning champion, has kept the yellow jersey and has a 4:24 advance on Vingegaard approaching the end of Sunday in Paris. The Lipowitz Florian from Germany is third position, more than 11 minutes late.
Initially planned for 129.9 kilometers, the Friday scene was shortened at 95 kilometers. The organizers have canceled two of the five ascents provided to avoid a herd of sick cattle.
The penultimate stage 20 of Saturday is a hilly trek of 184.2 kilometers from Nantua to Pontarlier.
