NEW DELHI: Delhi capital Beat the Royals of Rajasthan in a super dramatic finished – the first of the Indian Premier League 2025 – after the two teams finished 188 at the Arun Jaitley stadium on Wednesday.
The ACE Mitchell Starc rhythm played with the ball, defending nine points in the final to force equality, then conceding 11 in the Super Over, where two crucial streams of Shimron Hetmyer and Riyan Parag inclined the balance.

By hunning 12 in the Super Over, Kl Rahul struck a double and a border before Tristan Stubbs launched a six off Sandeep Sharma to seal the four -ball victory. Delhi, led by Axar Patel, went up to the top of the table with five victories in six games.

Earlier, Abhishek Porel obtained a score with 49, whilexar and Stubbs added Rapid 34s, raising Delhi to a competitive 188/5, including 77 points in the last five Overs.
