Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) The fast left arm launcher Yash Dayal opened after being accused of sexual exploitation by a woman from Ghaziabad. In response, Dayal said he had met the woman via Instagram in 2021 and had now filed an official complaint with the Prayagraj police.
Dayal was reserved under article 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) following serious allegations which include sexual exploitation, physical assault, mental harassment and cheating through false marriage promises. The section could cause maximum punishment of up to 10 years in prison.
The authorities began an action after the woman submitted a complaint to the chief Minister of the UP Yogi Adityanath via the integrated grievance system (IGRS) on June 21. The woman allegedly allegedly had a five -year relationship with the cricket player and was used physically during this period.

Yash Dayal Recorded a FIR at the Khuldabad police station against the woman who recently accused her of sexual exploitation. According to a complaint accessible by NDTV with PTI entries, Dayal alleged that the woman had stolen her iPhone and laptop.
“The left arm stimulator also told the Prayagraj police that he had met the woman via Instagram in 2021, after which they started to interact with each other,” said the report.
“Dayal even allegedly alleged that the woman had borrowed lukhs of rupees under the pretext of medical treatment for her and her family, promising to reimburse, but that has not happened to date,” added the report.

The report also said that Dayal accused the woman of having borrowed money on her on the pretext of shopping. The cricket player said he had evidence in support of his allegations.
Dayal decided to continue a legal action only after learning that the woman had filed a complaint against him with the Ghaziabad police. He urged the authorities to record a FIR not only against women but also against two of his family members and several others were involved in the issue.
“In a three -page complaint, Yash Dayal also demanded that an FIR be filed against the woman and two members of her family, as well as several others.”
