India and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) The quick launcher Yash Dayal approached the high court of Allahabad after being reserved by Ghaziabad police for “emotionally, mentally and physically” a woman promising to marry her.
Yash Dayal moved the High Court of Allahabad to challenge the FIR deposited against him for having allegedly exploited a woman. In his request in short, Dayal asked the court to cancel the FIR registered against him and also asked for a suspension of his arrest.

The woman had filed the complaint through the online portal of the Minister -Chief (IGRS) last month. After his assertions, Dayal was reserved on July 6 at the Indiirapon police station in the Ghaziabad district under article 69 (sexual intercourse by misleading means, including a false marriage promise) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

In his petition, the RCB Fast Bowler said that he had never had a physical relationship with the woman. Dayal also said that her parents had treated her like a daughter-in-law, but over time, the woman’s behavior had changed, and he felt that he could not marry her.
Yash Dayal denies misleading the woman with a wedding promise
As PTI reported, the brief petition of Yash Dayal said: “… According to the FIR, he was admitted by the informant that she had been treated as a daughter-in-law by the parents of the petitioner, which means that the intention of the petitioner should never deceive it …”
“However, it was the attitude of the victim who changed over time, and the petitioner realized that he would not be able to marry him; as such, he decided to end the relationship.”
In addition, the RCB Pace made explosive complaints in his petition before the High Court of Allahabad, refusing to have made a false promise of marriage. Yash said their relationship was mutual and then turned over time, not because of deception, but because of the behavior of women.

The petition said: “It was a mutual friendship, which later became sour due to the victim himself.” The high court should soon hear the case. So far, his IPL team, RCB and the BCCI have not commented on the issue.

On the other hand, the woman had previously placed a FIR in Ghaziabad, alleging that Dayal took advantage of her emotion and physically after having deceived it with a false promise of marriage. The woman also said that she had entered depression and even tried to commit suicide.
But Dayal said that the woman was approaching him after the Gujarat titans chose him for 3.2 sterling books in the mega auction IPL 2022, and he was renamed. The brief petition added: “The victim saw this as an opportunity and began to get closer to the petitioner.”
The fast launcher also said that the woman frequently sent her photos of her suicide attempts, which left him frightened and emotionally trapped. Dayal said he didn’t know how to manage the situation and denied any reprehensible act.
