The article mentions RR but they already have Ashwin and Chahal in same team would be overkill. You need pace bowlers in modern T20 cricket, not two leg spinners competing for same role. This analysis is completely flawed in my opinion and shows lack of understanding about team balance.
MI should definately go for him. They lacks quality leg spinner after Chahar left and Chahal can provide that expereince they need in UAE conditions if IPL happens there again.
CSK makes perfect sense actually. They love experienced players and Chahal fits their strategy. Plus their spin attack needs strengthning badly.
