Former cricket player Sanjay Manjrekar raised concerns about the current fitness challenges faced by the rapid quarrers of India before the fourth test against England. Manjrekar said that Indian sewing quisors do not stay in good shape long, calling it a “serious problem” which must be resolved by Indian cricket.
India is preparing for the essential match in Old Trafford in Manchester, from July 23. They follow the 1-2 follow-up in the five game series. Akash Deep replaced the Jasprit Bumrah rest in the second test and delivered a winning winning performance. He took 10 counters, including 6-99 in the second round, helping India at a 336-point victory. However, he could not reproduce this form at Lord, managing a single counter on both rounds.

Jasprit Bumrah should play three tests in the current series as part of workload management. He underwent a back problem during the fifth test against Australia in Sydney earlier this year. The 31 -year -old stimulator has taken precautions to avoid other injuries.

Sanjay Manjrekar said that Couturiers de India find it difficult to stay in shape. Manjrekar added that Kash Deep has not played much throughout the season but has always suffered an injury. He called this a “serious problem” and urged the BCCI to investigate the deep cause.
“With IPL, white ball cricket and tests, we simply do not have our fast -fitness that is long -fitted. Akash Deep is a blatant example. It is not as if he had completed a lot throughout the season, and therefore, now, the management of the workload was not processed,” said Manjrekar.
“I think it has become a serious problem where you do not have any Indian sewing quarrers who stay in shape long enough, and this must be addressed by Indian cricket. We see young fascinating bowling talents in IPL, and after three games, they are not seen next season. Someone has to go to the bottom,” he added.

Wait a minute – why is England always targeting Indian players specifically?? Remember the incident with Siraj? This seems like deliberate attempt to weaken our IPL franchises before the mega auction. Where was this investigation when their own players were involved in similar incidents last year?

Another controversy involving Indian players abroad smh. Why cant they just focus on playing cricket instead of getting into troubles? This kind of behaviour is embarassing for the country and now their IPL contracts are at risk too.

According to reports, the investigation is related to alleged breach of conduct during the England tour. The England Cricket Board has initiated proceedings and both players have been asked to submit their responses within 48 hours. If found guilty, sanctions could include bans which would directly affect their IPL participation eligibility as per BCCI guidelines.
