  1. Everyone saying this is a good deal is living in fantasy land. Name ONE season where Sutton performed like a top 10 receiver. I’ll wait. His catch rate is mediocre at best and he disappears in big games. Meanwhile teams like the Chiefs are winning Super Bowls by NOT overpaying divas. This is exactly why we haven’t been relevant since Manning retired!

  2. Oh wow, $92 million! I’m sure that’ll definitely fix our 5-12 record from last season. Because what we really needed was to lock up our receiver core, not address the fact that we’ve had 11 starting QBs since 2016. But hey, at least Sutton can drop passes on a fully guaranteed contract now. Genius move guys.

  3. Are you kidding me?? 23 million a year for a guy who cant stay healthy and drops half the balls thrown his way? This front office is absolutely clueless. We could of used that money to fix our offensive line or get a real QB. Another wasted season incoming.

  4. 23 mil a year huh? Must be nice to get paid that much to run around and catch (or not catch lol) a football. Meanwhile nurses and teachers make nothing. But sure lets celebrate another overpaid athlete. Can’t wait to see him hold out for more money in 2 years anyway like they all do.

  5. Breaking: Broncos give WR enough money to buy a small country. In related news, hot dog prices at the stadium going up to $47 each to pay for it. Sutton reportedly celebrating by finally learning how to catch with both hands instead of just one 😂😂 But seriously congrats to him tho

  6. For context, this puts Sutton around the 10th highest paid WR in the league. The $92M total includes $60M guaranteed which is actually structured pretty smartly for cap purposes. Similar to what the Cardinals did with Hollywood Brown last year, though Suttons deal has better guaranteed money upfront. Average annual value of $23M seems right for his production level.

  7. FINALLY! This is what we needed to hear! Sutton deserves every penny of that contract man. He’s been loyal to the team through thick and thin, and 92 mill over 4 years is actually a pretty fair deal in todays market. Broncos Country lets ride!!!
