  1. Jadeja the all-rounder strikes again! This man is literally a national treasure. Every single time India in trouble he steps up weather its with bat or ball. And bringing up Sundar with him shows great mentorship. We are so lucky to have players like this represent our country. That partnership will be remembered for long time!

  2. Oh wow, a handshake! Alert the press! Wait… they already did. Next headline: “Breaking News – Indian players breath oxygen during match”

  3. Am I the only one who thinks this is completly overblown?? Its just two players shaking hands after partnership like happens 100 times every test match. Why is this even news worthy? Slow news day or what?

  4. The strategic brilliance here is being overlooked. Both batsmen played within themselfs, rotated strike efficiently, and frusterated the English bowlers mentaly. That handshake wasnt just celebration – it was acknowledgment of a job well done under preasure. Old Trafford witnessed proper test match batting yesterday.

  5. Honestly I dont get the hype around this handshake thing. Media making big deal out of nothing as usual. They shaked hands, so what? Happens every match.

  6. For those who missed it – the handshake came after Jadeja scored his 3rd test fifty and Sundar supported him brilliantly from other end. They added crucial 89 runs partnership in final hour which basically saved India from follow-on situation. The mutual respect shown after was genuinly touching moment.

  7. LOL the “chronology” part killed me. Are we doing chronology of handshakes now? “3:47pm – Jadeja extends hand. 3:47:02pm – Sundar reciprocates. 3:47:05pm – Contact made. 3:47:07pm – Hands separate.” Journalism at its finest folks! 😂

  8. People saying this was great but honestly Jadeja should of played more agressive. We needed quick runs not defensive batting. Washington was okay but both could done better if im being honest here.

  9. What an absolutly brillient match this was! Jadeja and Sundar showing real class in that final session. Those two batsman really know how to grind it out when team needs them most. This is what test cricket is all about!

  10. This hole article about handshake and nobody talking about how England bowlers completely lost there line in last hour? Anderson was spraying it everywhere lol. Maybe they got tired of watching the handshake practice session!
