  1. 11 years drought ended by england! Congrats i guess for beating tired bowling attack on flat pitch. Such achievement much wow.

  2. What a historic match! England finally managed to score 600+ runs against India after such a long time. Ben Stokes played brilliantly but feel bad for Bumrah, he tried his best in difficult conditions at Manchester.

  3. This match highlights the fundamental problem in indian bowling strategy. When your premier bowler like Bumrah is ineffective due to conditions or fatigue, there is no plan B. Team needs all-rounder who can bowl long spells and give rest to main bowlers.

  4. What people forget is that Ben Stokes hadnt scored century in long time and was under pressure. Credit where credit is due – he played superbly. But yeah, Indian bowlers specially Bumrah looked completely exhausted in Manchester heat and rain.

  5. Oh wow, 600 runs conceded! Maybe next time India should just not show up, save everyone the trouble. I’m sure Bumrah really enjoyed his ‘misery’ in beautiful Manchester weather too.

  6. Interestingly, the last time India conceded 600+ was also in England back in 2011 at Birmingham when they scored 710/7. Manchester conditions were challenging but Stokes century (158 runs) was masterclass. Bumrah economy rate was still better than other bowlers at 3.8 per over.

  7. Bumrah after conceding 600: ‘Manchester weather wasn’t the only thing depressing today!’ 😂 On serious note, even Bumrah needs support from other end.

  8. This is what happens when you dont have proper bowling plan. Bumrah cant do everything alone yaar. Team management need to take responsibilty for this disaster performance.

  9. Pathetic display from India defence. How can you let one team score so much runs? Selection committee should be ashamed.

  10. People blaming Bumrah are just stupid!! He bowled 29 overs and took 3 wickets while other bowlers were getting smashed everywhere. The problem is batting lineup not supporting and giving enough runs. Why always blame best bowler???

  11. Look, Stokes played exceptional innings no doubt about it. But lets not forget India was already 2-1 up in series before this match. One bad game doesnt mean everything is finished. Also pitch was very flat and helpful for batting throughout.

  12. Congratulations to england for finally achieving something! Must feel really proud to score 600 against bowling attack that traveled 20 hours and played back to back matches. True champions! 👏
