According to recent report, Shami has been working on his fitness at NCA Bangalore. The test match schedule is tight this year so team management want to ensure he is 100% fit before including him. His recent bowling speed in nets have been encouraging around 140+ kmph consistently.

This is just media hype nothing else. They been saying shami coming back for last 6 months but where is he?? Always some excuses about fitness and injury. I dont think he will play anytime soon, mark my word.
I am tired of this drama honestly. Either he fit or he not fit, simple. Why so much confusion everytime? Other players dont get this much special treatment. If he cant maintain fitness at this age maybe time to move on and give chance to younger bowlers.
Why everyone acting like shami is the only solution?? We have other good pacers too who performed well. What about their confidence if we just drop them when shami return? Team combination is more important then individual player, doesnt matter how good they are.
