The veteran team of India India Fast Bowler Mohammed Shamie, the wife, Hasin Jahan, and their daughter, Arshi, were reserved for attempted murder. According to recent reports, the FIR was filed by their neighbor Dalia Khatun following a violent altercation in the city of Suri, Birbhum district, in Western Bengal.
Shami and Jahan married on June 6, 2014, but their relationship ended after having filed a complaint against domestic violence against him in 2018. The couple has a daughter named Aaira, born on July 17, 2015. Recently, the High Court of Calcutta ordered Shami to pay 4 Lakh per month in the administration in Hasin Jahan.

According to the NCMindia Council for Men Affairs, the FIR was deposited by neighbor Dalia Khatun under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including 126 (2), 115 (2), 117 (2), 109, 351 (3) and 3 (5).

“The fight began after Hasin Jahan began building a contested plot in the Suri number 5 district which would be on behalf of his daughter Arshi Jahan. He alleged that Hasin and his daughter brutally attacked Dalia Khatun after trying to stop construction.”

According to TV9 reports, Hasin Jahan and Arshi Jahan were reserved in a case involving serious allegations, including an attempted murder. Police officially recorded the FIR and started an investigation, which is currently underway.

According to legal experts, plotting murder is consider criminal conspiracy under IPC section 120B and can lead to life imprisonement. The investigation will need solid evidences like recordings, witness testimonys or written communication to prove the charges. This is completly shocking news! I cant beleive Hasin Jahan could do such terrible thing. What was she even thinking?? Murder plot is serious crime and she should face full punishment.
Everyone is jumping to conclusion without knowing full story!! What if she was provoked? What if there is other side we dont know? Media always show one sided picture. We must listen her version also before deciding anything. This country has no concept of fair trial anymore!
