SKC wins the superb victory of return in time against Charlotte FC

Sporting Kansas City scored two goals in 2 1/2 minutes of stopping time in the second half to win a 2-1 victory against Charlotte FC Wednesday evening in Kansas City, Kan.

Mason Toye, a late substitution for the Sports KC, received a nice pass from Manu Garcia and redirected it in front of the goalkeeper of Charlotte Kristijan Kahlina at 93 minutes. Less than three minutes later, Dejan Jveljic scored with a left shot from the center of the box.

Idan Toklomati had put the Charlotte FC on the top in the 34th minute.

It was the first match between the two games, which both played their first match in 11 days.

Sporting KC (5-10-4, 19 points) won his third home victory of the season.

Charlotte (8-10-1, 25 points) lost for the first time in five opportunities when he directed at halftime.

The match in Kansas City was Charlotte’s fourth in a five -game section section. Charlotte is 2-8-1 on the road this season.

The two games started the second half in attack mode, SKC obtaining the most opportunities. However, the hosts were unable to find the back of the net before the stop time.

Kerwin Vargas of Charlotte has had several chances in the last 10 minutes to close the match, but he missed three consecutive opportunities.

The Charlotte FC dominated possession and the chances in the first 20 minutes, with six shots (three to the goal) before Sporting KC had its first. But Sporting had the best chance of breaking the aimless tie in the 20th minute.

Sporting had another golden opportunity in the 29th minute, but the attempted Shapi Suleymanov shooting just outside the gear box of the left post and rolled through the box without anyone to recover it.

After a brief period of SKC control, Charlotte finally took the lead with a good Toklomati finish. Souleyman Doumbia nourished toklomati in the middle of the box of 6 yards, and Toklomati has it back in front of John Pulskamp.
