For those who didnt watch the match, Stokes got upset after a questionable LBW decision in the 47th over. He had words with umpire and kicked the ground near the stumps. ICC code of conduct clearly states such behavior can result in demerit points or fine.

Totally agree with this assesment. Stokes was acting like he owns the pitch and can do whatver he wants. His attitude towards the umpires was discraceful and not what we expect from someone of his stature in international cricket.

Look I get emotions run high in Test cricket especally in a series like this but there has to be a line. Captains and senior players need to set better examples for younger cricketers who look up to them. This kind of behavior just normalizes unsportsman like conduct.
