On Wednesday, the star of Star India Virat Kohli went to social networks to condemn the terrorist attack to Pahalgam. Tuesday, at least 26 civilians, mainly tourists, were killed during the terrorist attack of Pahalgam, in what is the deadliest attack in the valley from the Pulwama strike in 2019. The attack took place in Baisaran, a meadow accessible only on foot or by pony. By going to Instagram, Kohli expressed condolences to the families of the victims and hoped that the authors of the law would be brought to justice.
“Deeply saddened by Pahalgam’s odious attack against the innocent people. Sincere condolences to the families of the victims. Praying for peace and strength to the families of all those who lost their lives and justice to be served for this cruel act,” wrote Kohli.

In addition to Kohli, several other cricket players, including KL Rahul and Shubman Gill, also offered condolences to the families of the victims.
“Tearing to hear about the attack on Pahalgam. My prayers are with the victims and their families. One as this has no place in our country,” posted Gill.
“Tearing to hear about the terrorist attack in cashmere. My thoughts are with the families of the victims. Praying for peace and strength,” wrote Rahul.
Anil Kuble added: “Teaching to hear about the tragic attack on Pahalgam. Innocent lives lost against insane violence. Pray for strength and peace for affected families. Take back together against hatred.”
The Pathan – Yusuf and Irfan brothers – also expressed a deep anxiety.
“Whenever an innocent life is lost, humanity loses. It is heartbreaking to see and hear what happened in cashmere today. I was there a few days ago – this pain is too close,” wrote Irfan on his X account.
“Deeply shocked and saddened by the horrible terrorist attack on innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. My sincere condolences to families who have lost their loved ones. Praying for the rapid recovery of the wounded. Such acts of violence do not have its place in our society. Peace provides,” added Yusuf.
