A working group should be established and responsible for solving pressing problems on the three cricket formats, including a radical plan to divide the test nations into two divisions.
The working group, which should include the administrators of the committee of heads of management, will also examine if T10 – a 90 -minute emerging game – should be transformed into an official format for international cricket.
Despite influential support from several directors of the board of directors, there is limited support to add a fourth format in the near future, we learned.
There will be a more immediate objective for the working cricket working group. Bonus points in the game, additional points for outside victories and a stopwatch to manage rates should be ratified shortly with the new world test championship cycle to start in June.
Great attention will be on the future of the test and if the traditional format will undergo a major upheaval and is divided into two divisions. Australia and England, two of the most powerful and wealthy countries in cricket, have been defenders and eager to persuade India.

Apart from a report in Age Journal in January, the details were troubled with the plan that would not have been officially presented to the all-powerful Board International Cricket Council. So far, the discussions have been informal with a lot of things to iron.
The exact division between the 12 test nations – 7-5 or 6-6 – as if the promotion and relegation would be part of the system must be determined. Promotion and relegation have already been a controversial subject.
The “large countries” of India, Australia and England have been reluctant since the shift in the lower support stimulated their silver plans, the trio wanting to play more often given the financial incentives.
As part of the plan, Australia and England could play two series of ash every three years instead of four years currently.
Promotion and relegation as well as how the funds will be distributed to weave as a snack points.
“If it is (the plan) on the basis of promotion and relegation, this will obtain support,” said the director of the board of directors of the ICC and president of Zimbabwe, Tavengwa Mukuhlani. “If that doesn’t have that, then two divisions are useless.
“The funds of the upper division must be shared properly.”
The format of 50 around 50 years has long been under the spotlight due to the emergence and growing popularity of T20 Cricket in the past two decades. But since the World Cup remains a renowned event and a money spinner, the status of Cricket Odi is secure although adjustments are expected.
It is expected that the removal of two new balls in the ODI is provided, while a handful of boards put pressure for the renewal of the ODI super league at 13 teams.
T10 competitions have germinated in the world in recent years, crossing distant locations from the Cayman Islands in Melbourne, which organizes a tournament in the 11 -day course which was approved by Cricket Australia.

The short format has an influential support, some supporters believing that it could be an Olympic long -term Olympic option for cricket than the T20, which will be played in Los Angeles in male and female competitions with six teams.
There are those who believe that T10, perhaps played with six by side, could become a second Olympic discipline of cricket a bit like 3×3 – three from the team for 10 minutes – is for basketball, a rival that is cricket for the title of the second largest sport in the world.
But it does not seem to be sufficiently general support on the board of directors of the ICC for Cricket T10 to hold the official international status, which is a requirement for the Olympic Games.
In the foreseeable future, international cricket will be made up of tests, ODI and T20, but formats could undergo changes.
